Now that you have your beauty license, its time to polish your teaching skills. This program is taught by Topcurl, the first National Board Certified Cosmetology Teacher (NBCT) in MD and VA. This rigous credital guarantee the top instructional practices and statigies to suport your beauty learners that will train under you. We will meet in person weekly, complete online modules remote and student teach at Topcurl Beauty Academy locations as a part of your hybrid training. This training can be transfered to any classroom because the intructional techniques and practices don't change, the content you teach does. Classes are 4 months long and great for Cosmetologist, Nail Tech, Esthetician, Makeup Artist, & Barber instructor prospects. 

This program is designed for all beauty and wellness educators. The content presents educators with the teaching skills and educational judgments necessary to become an effective, engaging, and successful instructor. Presented in a conversational, easy-to-understand style, it uses many pedagogical features to emphasize important information and powerful teaching techniques. • Shadow beauty instructors to observe what distinguish teaching looks like at Topcurl Beauty Academy locations
• Co-Teach with Topcurl a lesson we create as a class on decontamination
• Lesson Planning you will create under Topcurl's guidance to teach to a class as a final project. You pick the topic with suggestions and recommendations. 
• Online CIMA Learning Module for assignments and videos
• Classroom Shadow, Co-Teaching and  Student Teaching Hours 
• Job Placement with Topcurl Beauty Academy may be extended upon graduating
• Obtain your Official Virginia Instructors License (training may be used in any state including MD)
